Holiday Liquor Sales Now Allowed in Naperville

Good news for Naperville bars and those who desperately need a drink during the holidays. Previously, class B liquor license holders were required to serve food during hours of operation. So, in order for these establishments to open their bar on Thanksgiving or Christmas, they had to have their kitchen open. That's why it's so hard to find an open watering hole on these holidays. This past Tuesday, Naperville city council members voted 8-1 to allow class B liquor license holders to be able to serve liquor only on Christmas and Thanksgiving. So, once you have your full of turkey (and your family, and you need a Naperville moving company to get you off the couch), you will now be able to make your way to a fine Naperville establishment such as Jimmy's. It's nice to see Naperville moving to support small businesses.
